Opportunity

You're guessing.
They're leaving.

Customers rarely tell a business what is wrong. They tell Google, then they leave. Every 1–2 star review of your competitor is a customer who has not yet decided where to go next.

Whoever answers first wins them. Almost nobody reads those reviews properly. In a minute, you will have them, with the words to win those customers over.

How it works

From "who are they?" to "here's our plan" in three steps.

  1. 01

    Pick a competitor

Search it on Google Maps right inside the form. The moment you pick it, you see one of its real, recent complaints. No email, no card.

  2. 02

    Watch us read

Your free preview takes about a minute, and you can watch the analysis live: reviews read, unhappy customers found, the first patterns.

  3. 03

    Get your first week

The full report ends in a day-by-day first week: replies, posts, ads and a video, already written. Emailed to you, yours to keep as a PDF.

Receipts, not promises

In a world of AI text, check everything.

Anything can be generated now. So we show our work: where every quote comes from, what is counted and what is estimated, and how the report was made.

Numbers from Google, not from AI

Ratings, counts and percentages are calculated from the review data. The AI reads and writes; it never invents a statistic.

Estimate

Estimates stamped as estimates

Personas and market sizes are informed guesses, and the report says so, with the reasoning behind them.

Watch the work happen

While you wait, a live log shows what is being read and found, in real time. No spinner theatre.

What's in the case file

Not a report to read. A week of moves, already written.

Everything an agency would charge you hundreds for, and every section ends in something you can do, say or post. Marked confidential and prepared for you.

AI visibility check

Your customers have started asking AI. Who does it recommend?

More and more people ask an AI assistant instead of searching. Assistants build their answers largely from reviews and public listings, so your competitors' reviews are their résumé. Every full report can run a live check: three questions a real customer would ask, who gets recommended, and what would put you on the list.

AI visibility · example

“Where can I get a good flat white near the old town without queuing?”

  1. 1Rival B · praised for fast service in recent reviews
  2. 2Rival A · great coffee, but reviewers mention long weekend waits
  3. –You · not mentioned

Questions

Before you ask

Is the first proof really free, without email?

Yes. Pick a competitor in the form and we show you one of its real, recent 1–2 star reviews right away. We only ask for your email when you want the full free preview sent to you.

Where does the data come from?

From the public Google Maps reviews of the businesses you pick, collected at the moment you order. Nothing private, no logins, no guesswork about which business is which: you confirm each one on Google Maps yourself.

How accurate is it?

Ratings, counts and percentages are calculated directly from the review data. The AI reads every collected review to find themes, and quotes are copied word for word; the ones we can trace to a review carry a "verbatim" badge with a link to Google Maps. Personas, personality types and market sizes are informed estimates, and the report labels them that way.

What is the AI visibility check?

From your full report, you can ask an AI assistant with live web search three questions a real customer in your market would ask, and see who it recommends and why. AI answers vary between runs, so treat it as a snapshot, not a ranking.

What if a competitor only has a few reviews?

You see each business's review count before you pay, and the report tells you when a sample is small. If a business has no reviews at all, we won't let you order a report on it.

How long does it take?

The free preview takes about a minute. The full report usually takes 3 to 10 minutes, and we email you the link when it is ready.

I haven't opened yet. Can I still use it?

Yes. Leave "your business" empty, describe your idea, and the report treats you as a new entrant: how to break into the market and take customers from the incumbents.

Which languages?

Reports can be written in 19 languages, including English, Romanian, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. Quotes stay in the language the reviewer wrote them in.

What if I'm not happy?

Money-back guarantee: if the report doesn't give you at least one idea you'll actually use, email us within 14 days for a full refund.

Do you publish the reviews or my report?

No. Your report is private and only reachable through your personal link. We analyse public reviews for your report and don't republish them. Reviewers are shown by initials only.

Their unhappy customers will choose someone this week. Make it you.
